SMALL HORIZONTAL FURNACE quartz Tube can synthesize a wide range of materials from gaseous, vapor, liquid, and solid sources.
It can heat up to 1200 Cº with a 0.5 percent accuracy. It also has the option of increasing the temperature and upgrading to a Plasma Assisted CVD reactor (PECVD) Physical vapor deposition magnetron sputtering. Magnetron sputtering is a high-rate vacuum coating technique that allows the deposition of a wide range of materials, including metals and ceramics, onto substrate material via the application of a specially formed magnetic field or a direct current to a cathode sputtering target.
The machines available are dedicated to both R&D and production. The substrate is positioned on a several axis rotation stage to ensure high deposition uniformity, with possibility of gas injection for reactive sputtering or heating up to 600 Cº. For production, the industrial parts to be coated are positioned on planetary supports to ensure high quantities of substrates
